A. Her name is Sara. She's a twenty-one-year-old college student and aspiring comedy writer with too much time on her hands. Obviously.
A. Well, it's technically been around since Fall 2004, but the original concept came about in August of that year when Sara discovered The Monkees at the Hard Rock Cafe in San Francisco. She thought it would be a good idea to make a Monkees site, especially because most of the existing ones were kind of dead.
A. Why not The Monkees? They're fun, silly, talented, cute, sexy and a guaranteed good time.
A. It was originally developed and planned to be just a Monkees tribute site, but Sara's got so many different interests that it's slowly becoming a tribute to anything and everything she likes. Currently, that "anything" is Flight of the Conchords.
A. Sara is adding things to this site all the time, but it is definitely all in the making. If she completed everything on here, it would be finished and that wouldn't be any fun, now would it?
A. Good question. No, seriously...Sara got the idea from a Powerpuff Girls episode where Mojo Jojo says that it's a misconception that all monkeys like bananas. In fact, only 4 out of 5 monkeys surveyed stated that they like bananas, which is surprising because monkeys usually don't talk.
A. Yes. Yes, you can. Maybe not as frequently as you or Sara would like, but it will always be updated. She's never givin' up on this place. It's her electronic baby.
A. Well, you can always send her an ol' email if you want to contact her.
A. Sadly, no. She's met them on a few occasions, but she's not exactly palsy-walsy with any of them. And even if she was, she wouldn't be handing out their addresses to you. Sorry.
A. Not personally, but she does chat with them now and again and she's had the pleasure of meeting them. But again, that doesn't mean she'd send you their addresses or anything. She doesn't roll that way.
